Dilemma: 

n:Philanthropy, Fashion that Gives a Damn needed a website and fast.  With a KTLA feature and a Collaborative Collection with Project Runway All Stars hitting the radar, the Grass Monkey team had to work fast.  Focusing on user experience and functionality the all-new n:Philanthropy Online was launched boasting the idea that one should Wear Basics. Don’t Be Basic.  

Issues:

  • Low Conversion Rate for New Visitors
  • Declining Conversion Rate for Return Visitors
  • Below Industry Average Conversion

Peace: 

As Public Relations efforts for the brand grew New Visitor traffic spiked and a need for Return Visitor Conversion Rate growth emerged.  Through a branded Customer Loyalty Program appropriately termed n:Perks  and an aggressive and strategic Search Engine Marketing campaign, Grass Monkey was able to increase average time on-site, page views and conversion while decreasing Bounce Rate across New and Return Visitors monthly.
